Nordika Industrial Park is a sixty four acre complex, ideal for Maquiladora Operations. The Park is surrounded by over 100,000 workers who are willing to work. Of the workers currently employed in the Park, 85% of them live as close as 1Km or less, some of them walk to work, others take public transportation to the park’s entrance.

From the U.S. Otay Border crossing follow the signs to Boulevard Diaz Ordaz, stay on Boulevard Diaz Ordaz approximately 2 miles East and look for the signs to Pacifico Industrial Park follow Ave Los Cabos and it will lead you directly to the Nordika Industrial Park.
